Wednesday. And very much so.

It's Wednesday again, and you know what that means.
Oh. Well, if you don't: it means tomorrow is a midterm day. hoorah.
That means that today is all about going over the immense amount of material that you went over on Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and involves wondering how you could possibly cover so much so quickly. Then you can transition into feeling like you've forgotten something and really should be studying it right now, if only you could remember what it was. Finally, you move into a state of perpetual hermmm….
Yeah.

After the exam tomorrow morning(ish), we get to have a guest speaker from Cambridge come give us a lecture. Yay! Interaction with actual residents of Cambridge! He'll be the second of two guest speakers we will have seen this week. The first came this afternoon. She is one of Professor Kimbrell's former students, and she has had an enormous amount of experience traveling, volunteering, living, and studying abroad. She gave an interesting lecture on her experiences and left us with some tidbits of advice. There really is a whole lot of information that you don't think about when you are simply visiting that you need to think about when coming over for an extended period of time. Not a casual venture!
Hannah and I also finally spoke to Teresa, the woman who serves us tea every day. She is, apparently, from Stockholm! We were amused by the coincidence and mobbed her with questions about where we should go and what it was like. She recommended Galma Stan, the Old Town, which we will be walking through every day to get to class and where we will be staying after the program. I'm so glad we're so well situated. lol!

Okey dokey. see ya later.
